Request for a Preview Membership Application Package -  I wish to be considered for membership and I am not listing properties for trade at this time. Below please provide a summery of the properties that you will be listing with us, and feel free to make any suggestions or ask any questions. This is a "Members Only Site", and for your added security, we do everything possible to screen the qualifications of our members.   

You will not be charged until your membership has been accepted and/or your advertising has been posted and approved by you. Your membership information is never shared with any other entity.

Here's how it works...

1.  Find a property that you would like to trade with, and coordinate the details directly with the owner. It's completely up to the owners to set the details and conditions for the trade.

2.  Once those details are clear with both parties, you can each submit your understanding of those arrangements to our legal dept. where they can structure the swap and legally protect both parties.

3. Go explore the world, save thousands of dollars, and have someone watching over your own property back home...  this is a win/win for everyone. 

The purpose of the Trade Homes Club is to act as a conduit & resource center, bringing together owners of luxury properties that expect nothing but the best, and don't mind saving a little money to get it.  For your protection, our Membership is Restricted and our Database is Exclusive.
